Coaching and Games📷
Invitation to all our coaches to a Special Hurling coaching workshop next Monday 4th April in Sports Campus Ireland at 7.30pm. The session will be delivered by Shane O'Brien, former Westmeath manager. The theme of the session Skill Acquisition helps coaches design innovative practice environments to help players learn and adapt their skills for competition. In addition, skill acquisition develops how coaches communicate with players to improve the learning process, empowering them to acquire their own understanding of the task and seek individual solutions to problems. The Fingallians Senior Hurlers will be performing during the session. Please pass on the word!
Thanks also to our GPO Naoise for running a coaching workshop last Friday night in the club with our CCC1 coaches who got some excellent practical tips on using the ball at all times during sessions.
Adult Games
Another good win for our Senior Hurlers last Sunday who continued their 100% league record with a hard fought win in Cuala while the Juniors enjoyed a good win at home v Na Fianna.

U/8 Boys
Our U8 boys were in action again on Saturday. The boys played Castleknock at home in Kettles and the rest of our gang headed to Trinity Gaels.
All the children had great enthusiasm and engagement from start to finish. The coaches were especially impressed with their skill level and team play, some lovely hand passing and soloing. Opportunities to score were thoughtfully considered and shared amongst the team, real evidence of players working together. A fun morning with beautiful weather. 📷
Thanks to @trinitygaels for hosting and the great games.
Well done and thanks to everyone.
U/8 Girls
Well done to all the U8 girls today playing their first football go games matches. The girls played brilliantly against some strong Na Fianna teams! There were some fantastic skills on show and fabulous smiles at the end of a glorious morning of games in the sun! Great start for our squads
