Nominations and Motions are due in by Tuesday 16th 5PM.
They must be posted or delivered to the Club.
Please find below important information in respect to the Annual General Meeting 2020:
As COVID restrictions will not allow for an in-person AGM to be held anytime soon, and having postponed the November 2020 AGM, we will hold a virtual AGM on 3 March 2021 8:30 PM, prior to the commencement of the 2021 season.
You must confirm your attendance at the virtual AGM in the below form in advance of the meeting. To ensure we have accurate attendance records, we will send meeting details to those who confirm attendance only.

The Full Financial Report for 2020 will be available for review in the week before AGM via zoom. Details will be distributed to those applying for review. Please apply by email with questions and requests to secretary.fingallians.dublin@gaa.ie
Members are requested to send your questions, and any other feedback you wish to give, to the secretary at secretary.fingallians.dublin@gaa.ie prior to the meeting.
We will be dealing with pre-submitted questions first and then will take questions from the floor as time permits.

and fill out the nomination form with signature from proposer and seconder, who must confirm that the nominee is willing to stand.
The nomination must be proposed and seconded by a full member in 2020 paid up before 30 Sep 2020.
Nomination forms must be returned by Tuesday 16 Feb 2021 5PM.

Please note that any motion proposing to amend the Club Constitution requires the prior approval from the County Executive before it can be put to the members.

Nominations and motions received will sent to members no later than Thursday 18 Feb 2021 together with the appropriate ballot papers and meeting Agenda. The ballot papers for security reasons, when being returned must have the name and signature of the person. Members identity will be kept confidential.
These are to be returned no later than Tuesday 2 March 2021 5PM.
