GAA Update: The good news is we have a concrete date for a return on Monday 29th June. The club are working hard to make sure we have procedures in place prior to opening up. There will be a detailed update prior to the 29th for all teams to follow. Teams are not authorised to train until this date and all sessions must be authorised by the club. The Juvenile contact is donal_cassidy@yahoo.com and adult contact is derrydmurphy@gmail.com

Insurance of all players: This will not be back in force until 29th June 2020.

Summer Camps: The club is waiting on further direction from the GAA prior to scheduling any camps.

Lotto: The club will shortly announce the recommencement of the weekly club lotto Online.

Grúpa Comhrá / Irish Conversation Group: Our Grúpa Comhrá made a very successful transfer from the Club bar to Online. The group meet on Zoom (Zúm) each Wednesday at 9pm. Siopa an chlub / Club shop: While the club’s shop remains closed club gear is available from the O’Neills website: https://www.oneills.com/shop-by-team/gaa/ireland/fine-ghallainn-clg.html

Tacaigí le Gnó Áitiúla / Support Local Business: As restrictions start to ease we encourage our members and friends to support local business as we try to recover from what was a devastating period for our local business community.

Fingallians GAA depend on local businesses for fundraising, sponsorship, jerseys, prizes, etc... Let's get out and back into our local shops, bars, cafés... Let's get Swords and Fingal back on track.

Far Flung Fingallians: Our juvenile holiday photo series will commence on 1st July and we are looking forward to submissions from all over Ireland and further afield, if permitted. Photos should be sent to fingallians@gmail.com and we will endeavour to publish them on the club’s social media.

Athletic Club: Santry training will not return until September. If the Dublin Senior Track & Field takes place in August or September a review of options for relay races will be looked at.

Déanaimid comhbhrón le clann O’Shea faoi a méala. Go dtuga Dia suaimhneas síoraí dá anam.

We extend our sympathies to the O’Shea family on their recent bereavement.
