Hurling Championship:

Our Minor hurlers will play next Sunday 15th in the Quarter Final of the B Championship v St. Oliver Plunkett at home. Throw in is at 11am.


League Playoff Games:

This Sunday 15th November – Division 3 final league game v St Judes, away (a positive result will put us into the playoffs). Division 6 semi-final v St Brendan’s away at 11am & Division 11 semi-final v Ballyfermot, home at 2.30pm.

Foundation Course:

The club is organising foundation football & hurling coaching courses on starting, Next Friday the 13th & 20th November from 7.30pm to 10pm. Please contact wayne.hutchinson.gpo.dublin@gaa.ie for further information.

AGM:

The date of Thursday 19th November has been set for this year annual general meeting. It is most important that as many members as possible attend. The accounts will be available to members between 8 – 10pm on Friday evening 13th November.

Cailíní U12:

Go raibh maith ag Ard-mhéara Átha Cliath, Críona Ní Dhálaigh, who gave our U12 girls a bilingual turas of the Mansion House. Great experience for players and mentors. Tá griangrafanna ar Facebook.

Club Shop Update:

The last date for Xmas orders will be 30th November and the last trading day for the shop will be 12th December. (opening hours 10 – 12pm each Saturday morning)

Irish Group:

The clubs Irish language group meets each Wednesday at 9pm in the club bar. New participants are sought. Fáilte mór to all, regardless of standard.

Winter Gym Hours:

The new opening times for the club gym are as follows: Mon – Fri 6.30 – 9.30pm, Saturday 3 – 6pm & Sunday 12.30 – 6pm.

December Social Diary:

The end of season awards night will be held in the club on Saturday 5th December – Tickets €15. Members Appreciation Evening will be held on Sunday 20th December. (further info on both events to follow)

Sea2Summit:

Well done to Peter Murtagh on finishing 22nd on Saturday in a time of 3.17. The Westport challenge includes an assent & decent of the famous peak Croagh Patrick – see attached link on finishing times. http://www.sportsplits.com/Home/Results

Lotto:

The numbers last week were 13, 15, 22, 24 & 35. We had no winner. The Jackpot this week will be €5,294.

Sympathies
