League Action: Our adult football teams commenced league action for 2016 over the weekend. Our Division 3 footballers got off to a winning start with a win over St Brigids & our Div 6 team drew away to Clontarf. Our minor hurlers beat St Sylvesters in the local derby to stay unbeaten. Our minor, U16 & U10 ladies all started with wins.

Minor level changes: With motion 4 passed there will be a change at county level only. It will now become U17 and no longer U18. All minor players at inter-county level only will be aged between 15 & 17. This will become effective from 1st Jan 2018.

Mid Season Coaching: Mid term coaching was a great success. A big thank you to Peter Browne,  David Galway,  Shane Howard, Nicola Fitzgerald and our GPO Wayne.

Gormanstown Indoor Tournament: A big thank you to all the help from parents & mentors as our juveniles once again took part in the hurling tournament in Gormanstown over the last six weeks. New to the event were our Under 7’s (2009 kids) who entered three teams and Paraic Cassidy who won an individual award.
